一、《重庆交通年鉴(2021)》是重庆市交通局主管、重庆交通年鉴编辑部编撰出版的大型交通行业专业性纪年性资料工具书。本卷年鉴编撰工作坚持以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻党的十九大精神,真实、全面、准确、翔实记载和收录反映重庆市交通经济发展、改革创新、绿色低碳、建设管理、科技信息、法治建设、统计资料和党建群团以及社团工作新特征、新发展、新变化、新成果的历史进程。旨在更好为全市交通发展服务、为大众获取准确、翔实的信息服务、为尽可能多的积累保存交通史料服务。
二、《重庆交通年鉴(2021)》(总第15卷)全书结构采取类目、分目、条目的编辑体例,分为综合情况、动态信息、附属资料和检索系统四部分。综合情况分设《特载》、《大事记》、《概况》、《体制改革》4个类目,动态信息分设《交通基础设施建设》、《交通运输》、《交通管理》、《科技·教育·文化》、《党群工作》、《区县交通》、《专辑》、《光荣榜》8个类目,附属资料分设《政策法规文件选编》、《统计资料》、《附录》3个类目,检索系统由书前的目录和书后的索引构成。
三、《重庆交通年鉴(2021)》覆盖广泛,交通特色鲜明,在《概况》、《交通基础设施建设》、《交通管理》、《附录》等类目中,收录了有参考和研究价值的资料,以便于读者了解重庆基本情况、古近代交通、现代综合运输,对比研究重庆与其他省、自治区、直辖市交通发展情况,借鉴世界发达国家交通建设和管理的先进经验。并注重实用性,刊载有重庆市2020年综合交通现状示意图、2020年重庆市铁路网现状示意图、2020年重庆市民用机场布局示意图、2020年重庆市高速公路现状示意图、2020年重庆市干线公路现状图、2020年重庆市内河水运现状图。
四、本年鉴注重图片资料收集,全部彩页印刷,力求全书图文并重,重点反映重庆交通大事、要事和主要建设成就;文内配图以文系图,形象直观地补充反映相关内容。
五、《重庆交通年鉴(2021)》稿件和资料由重庆市交通局机关各处(室)、局属各单位、各区县(自治县)交通局以及中央在渝交通单位和重庆重点交通企业、协会(学会)社团组织提供,并经各单位(部门)领导审核和保密审查。主要统计数据以市交通局业务主管部门提供的统计资料为准,未署名的条目、图、表均由《重庆交通年鉴》编辑部或相关单位提供。
六、为免累赘,2021年卷中凡直书月、日而未写年份,即为2020年;数据增加或减少多少未说明与某一年份比较,即为《年鉴》记载当年(2020年)与上年(2019年)比较。
七、《重庆交通年鉴》具有双重检索功能,书前列有中英文目录,书后配有索引,方便检索。在目录前特设《有关机构(单位)全称简称对照表》,增加“常用缩略语注释”。
八、《重庆交通年鉴》的编辑出版得到市、区县交通局领导、各有关部门和单位的支持和帮助,在此深表谢意。卷中疏漏、错误之处,恳请指正。
Ⅰ.2021 Chongqing Transport Yearbook is a large-scale transport professional reference book which compiled and published annually by editorial office,and directed by Chongqing Transportation Bureau,follow the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,MAOZedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the Important Thought of Three Represents,the Scientific Outlook on Development,andXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and fully implement the guiding principles of the 19thCPC National Congress,true,comprehensive,accurate,detailed record and collection reflect Chongqing transport economic development,reform and innovation,green low-carbon,construction management,science & technology information,rule of law construction,statistics and party building groups and associations work in new features,new development,new changes,new results of the historical process.It aims to better serve the city's transportation development,obtain accurate and detailed information forthe public,and accumulate and preserve transportation historical data as much as possible.
Ⅱ.2021 Chongqing Transport Yearbook(Volume 15)is generally divided into three levels:category,sub-item,item,and it isdivided into four parts:comprehensive situation,dynamic information,auxiliary data and retrieval system.Comprehensive situation consisted of special records,major events,overview and institutional reform;dynamic information consisted of transportation infrastructure construction,transportation,transportation management,science & technology-education-culture,party-masseswork,district transportation,album,honor list;auxiliary data consisted of policies and regulations compilation,statistics and appendix,retrieval system made up of in front of the book catalogue and the index in the back of the book.
Ⅲ.2021 Chongqing Transport Yearbook extensive coverage and distinctive transportation features,in the introduction,transportation infrastructure construction,transportation management,appendix and other categories,contains a reference,research value of information,In order to help readers understand the basic situation of Chongqing,ancient and modern transportation andmodern comprehensive transportation,to compare and study the transportation development of Chongqing with other provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and to draw lessons from the advanced experience of transportation construction and management of developed countries in the world.focuses on practicality,published the Comprehensive Transport Status Map of Chongqing in 2020,Schematic Diagram of Chongqing Railway Network in 2020,Distribution Diagram of Chongqing Civil Airport in 2020,Chongqing Highway Network Map in 2020,Chongqing Provincial Highway Network Map in 2020,Chongqing Inland Water Transport in 2020.
Ⅳ.This yearbook pays attention to the collection of pictures and materials,printing all color pages,and tries to pay equalattention to the pictures and texts in the book.It mainly reflects the major transportation events and major construction achievements in Chongqing,text is illustrated by diagrams to visually complement and reflect the relevant content.
Ⅴ.The contributions and materials of 2021 Chongqing Transport Yearbook are provided by all officers of Chongqing transportation Bureau,its affiliated units,and the transportation bureau of each district or county(autonomous county),and arepassed confidentiality review,examined by the leaders of each unit(department).The main statistical data shall be subject to the statistical data provided by the business department of the municipal commission of communications,and the unsigned items,charts and tables shall be provided by the editorial department of Chongqing transport yearbook or relevant units.
Ⅵ.For the purpose of avoiding unnecessary burden,the year not written in the month and day of the book in the 2021 volumeis 2020.The increase or decrease of the data does not indicate the comparison with a certain year,that is,the comparison between the year recorded in the yearbook(2020) and the year before(2019).
Ⅶ.2021 Chongqing Transport Yearbook has the dual search function,Chinese and English contents at the front of the bookand an index at the back,and the abbreviation of commonly used institutions is adopted in contents,and the annotation of commonly used abbreviations is added.
