一、《重庆交通年鉴》是反映重庆交通各方面发展情况的大型专业年鉴,是逐年编纂连续出版的资料性工具书。2020年卷是继2007年创刊以来的第14部。全书130.5万字、326幅图片(未含安全管理的27幅图片)、95个表格(未含安全管理的11个表格),反映2019年重庆交通的基本面貌、发展状况和取得的新成就、新经验以及出现的新问题。
二、本年鉴基本内容分为综合情况、动态信息、附属资料和检索系统四部分。综合情况分设《特载》、《概况》、《体制改革》3个类目,动态信息分设《交通基础设施建设》、《交通运输》、《交通管理》、《科技·教育·文化》、《党群工作》、《区县交通》、《荣誉榜》7个类目,附属资料分设《大事记》、《政策法规选编》、《统计资料》、《附录》4个类目,检索系统由书前的目录和书后的索引构成。全书结构一般分三个层次:类目、分目、条目。基于内容特点,《特载》、《大事记》、《政策法规选编》和《荣誉榜》只设两个层次。全书注重体现专业特点、时代特征和年度特色,力求在充分反映成绩和经验的同时,如实反映存在的问题和不足。
三、本年鉴力求扩大信息量,延展信息覆盖面,特在《概况》、《交通基础设施建设》、《交通管理》、《附录》等类目,收录了有参考、研究价值的资料,以便于读者了解重庆基本情况、古近代交通、现代综合运输,对比研究重庆与其他省、自治区、直辖市交通发展情况,借鉴世界发达国家交通建设和管理的先进经验。
四、本年鉴注重图片资料搜集,全部彩页印刷,力求全书图文并重。重点反映重庆交通大事、要事和主要建设成就;内文配图以文系图,形象直观地补充反映相关内容。
五、本年鉴稿件和资料由重庆市交通局机关各处(室)、局属各单位、各区县(自治县)交通局(委)提供,并经各单位(部门)领导审核和保密审查。主要统计数据以市交通局业务主管部门提供的统计资料为准,未署名的条目、图、表均由《重庆交通年鉴》编辑部或相关单位提供。
六、本年鉴注重提高实用性,刊载有重庆市2019年综合交通现状示意图、重庆市铁路网现状示意图(2019年)、2019年重庆市民用机场布局示意图、重庆市高速公路现状示意图(2019年)、重庆市干线公路现状图(2019)、重庆市内河水运现状图(2019年)。
七、为免累赘,2020年卷中凡直书月、日而未写年份,即为2019年;数据增加或减少多少未说明与某一年份比较,即为《年鉴》记载当年(2019年)与上年(2018年)比较。
八、本年鉴具有双重检索功能,书前列有中英文目录,书后配有索引。
九、为行文简洁,对常用机构采用通用和规范简称,并在目录前特设《有关机构(单位)全称简称对照表》,增加“常用缩略语注释”。
Ⅰ.Chongqing Transport Yearbook is a large-scale professional yearbook which reflects the development of Chongqing transport industry in all aspects.It is a reference book compiled and published annually.The 2020 Volume is the 14th volume since it was first published in 2007,this book contains 1,305 thousand words,326 pictures(27 pictures without safety management)and 95 tables(11 tables without safety management),reflecting the basic appearance,development status,new achievements,new experiences and new problems of Chongqing's transport industry in 2019.
Ⅱ.The basic content of this yearbook is divided into four parts:comprehensive situation,dynamic information,auxiliary data and retrieval system.comprehensive situation set up a general,reform three categories,dynamic information consisted of the transport infrastructure construction,transport,transport management,technology,education,culture,party-masses work,the district transport,honor list,advanced character seven categories,ancillary data consisted of memorabilia,policies and regulations compilation,statistics,appendix four categories,retrieval system made up of in front of the book catalogue and the index in the back of the book.The book structure is generally divided into three levels:category,sub-item,item.Based on the characteristics of the content,there are only two levels of special report,annals of major events,selected policies and regulations and advanced collective·advanced figures.This book focuses on reflecting the professional characteristics,characteristics of The Times and annual characteristics,and strives to fully reflect the achievements and experience at the same time,truthfully reflect the existing problems and deficiencies.
Ⅲ.This yearbook strives to expand the amount of information,extend the coverage of information,especially in the introduction,transport infrastructure construction,transport management,appendix and other categories,contains a reference,research value of information,for easy reading To learn about the basic situation of Chongqing,ancient and modern transport and modern comprehensive transportation,to compare and study the transport development of Chongqing with other provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and to draw lessons from the advanced experience of traffic construction and management of developed countries in the world.
Ⅳ.This yearbook pays attention to the collection of pictures and materials,printing all color pages,and tries to pay equal attention to the pictures and texts in the book.It mainly reflects the major traffic events,important events and major construction achievements of Chongqing.The text is illustrated by text diagrams to visually complement and reflect the relevant content.
Ⅴ.The contributions and materials of this yearbook are provided by all officers of Chongqing transportation Bureau,its affiliated units,and the transportation bureau of each district or county(autonomous county),and are examined and examined by the leaders of each unit(department).The main statistical data shall be subject to the statistical data provided by the business department of the municipal commission of communications,and the unsigned items,charts and tables shall be provided by the editorial department of Chongqing traffic yearbook or relevant units.
Ⅵ.This yearbook focuses on improving practicality,published the Comprehensive Transport Status Map of Chongqing in 2019,Schematic Diagram of Chongqing Railway Network(2019),Distribution Diagram of Chongqing Civil Airport in 2019,Chongqing Highway NetworkMap(2019),Chongqing Provincial Highway Network Map,Inland Water Transport in Chongqing(2019).
Ⅶ.For the purpose of avoiding unnecessary burden,the year not written in the month and day of the book in the 2020 volumeis 2019.The increase or decrease of the data does not indicate the comparison with a certain year,that is,the comparison betweenthe year recorded in the yearbook(2019)and the year before(2018).
Ⅷ.This yearbook has the dual search function,Chinese and English contents at the front of the book and an index at the back.
Ⅸ.In order to keep the text concise,the abbreviation of commonly used institutions is adopted in general and standard form,and the"comparison table of the full abbreviation of relevant institutions(units)"is specially designed in front of the catalogue,and the"annotation of commonly used abbreviations"is added.
