一、《北京社会科学年鉴》是一部全面系统记述首都北京哲学社会科学事业发展状况和学术动态的年度资料性文献学术工具书,由北京市社会科学界联合会、北京市哲学社会科学规划办公室(简称市社科联、市社科规划办)主持编纂。
二、本年鉴高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向,坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针,坚持立足中国、借鉴国外,挖掘历史、把握当代,关怀人类、面向未来,解放思想、实事求是,与时俱进、开拓创新,客观翔实和较全面记述北京地区哲学社会科学领域的基本情况,力求年鉴编纂的科学性、客观性、全面性。
三、本年鉴从2000年创刊起,每年出版一卷。当年的编纂出版记述上一年度北京哲学社会科学事业各方面的发展状况,收录的资料来自在京的党政机关,社会科学教学、研究和科研管理等机构。
四、本年鉴宗旨:体现市社科联、市社科规划办秉持的“学者为本、学术为根、学会为基、繁荣学术、服务首都”宗旨。努力为党和政府科学决策提供哲学社会科学方面的参考,为哲学社会科学工作者从事学术研究及教学提供资料和借鉴,为国内外了解首都北京哲学社会科学领域的现状和前沿热点提供新的有价值的信息,努力促进首都北京哲学社会科学的繁荣发展。
五、本年鉴采用分类编辑法,包括文章和条目,行文力求规范、准确、简练、流畅。全书除文字表述外,配以彩色照片、表格,力求具体、形象、生动地反映首都北京哲学社会科学的发展面貌。
六、本卷年鉴栏目设置为特载、学科综述、科研课题、获奖成果、学术活动、大事记、附录、索引。

1.Beijing Social Sciences Yearbook is an annual informative academic reference book,compiled by Beijing Federation of Social Science Circles,Beijing Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science,accounting comprehensively and systematically the development of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing.
2.This yearbook holds high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics,guided by MarxismLeninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thought of Three Represents,the Scientific Outlook on Development,and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era.The Yearbook adheres to the direction of serving the people and socialism,the policy of letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend,and the principle of basing itself on China and learning from foreign countries.It explores history,grasps the contemporary,cares for mankind,faces the future,emancipates the mind,seeks truth from facts,keeps pace with the times,develops and innovates.It objectively,accurately and comprehensively describes the basic situation in the field of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing,and strives to be scientific,objective and comprehensive in its compilation.
3.This yearbook has been published one volume every year since its inception in 2000.The compilation and publication of that year recorded the development of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing in the previous year.The materials included came from Party and government organs,Institutions for teaching,research and scientific research management of social sciences in Beijing.
4.Purpose of the yearbook:Embody the tenet of "scholar oriented,academic rooted,society based,prompting academic prosperity and serving the capital" upheld by Beijing Federation of Social Science Circles and Beijing Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science,Strive to provide reference for the scientific decision-making of the party and the government in philosophy and social sciences,provide materials and reference for philosophy and social scientists engaged in academic research and teaching,provide new and valuable information for domestic and foreign scholars to understand the current situation and cutting-edge hot spots in the field of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing,and do our best to promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing.
5.This yearbook adopts classified editing method,including articles and entries,word and writing should be standardized,accurate,concise and fluent.In addition to the written expression,the book is accompanied by color photos and tables,striving to reflect the development of philosophy and social sciences in the capital Beijing concretely,figuratively and vividly.
6.The columns of the Yearbook of this volume are set as special edition,overview of the subjects,research projects and topics,award-winning achievements,academic activities,chronicle,appendix and index.
