一、《四川统计年鉴-2022》是一部全面记录四川省经济建设和社会发展情况的综合性统计资料年刊。本年鉴收录了全省和各市(州)、县(市、区)2021年经济和社会各方面的统计数据,以及历史重要年份和党的十八大以来的主要统计资料。 二、本年鉴正文内容分为22个篇章,即:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口;4.就业和工资;5.固定资产投资;6.能源;7.资源和环境;8.财政和物价;9.人民生活和社会保障;10.城市发展;11.民族自治地方概况;12.县(市、区)概况;13.农业;14.工业;15.建筑业;16.交通运输和邮电业;17.国内贸易;18.对外经济贸易;19.金融业;20.教育、科技和专利;21.文化、体育和卫生;22.其他社会活动。为方便读者使用,部分统计表下作了简要注释,并在各篇末附有主要统计指标解释。 三、与《四川统计年鉴-2021》比较,本年鉴在“综合”部分,增加了党的十八大以来四川省经济社会发展总量、速度、比例和构成资料。根据现行统计调查制度修订等情况,在“财政和物价”部分删减了“农业生产资料价格指数”指标;在“农业”部分将“化肥施用量”修改为“农用化肥施用量”;在“国内贸易”部分删减了“实收资本”指标;原“对外经济贸易和旅游”部分因部门统计口径变化,“旅游”数据暂缺,篇章名改为“对外经济贸易”;在“金融”部分删减了“金融机构贷款市场报价利率(LPR)”指标;在“教育、科技和专利”部分中对科技活动指标作了调整和充实;在“文化、体育和卫生”部分中删减了“本年底国民体质测试站(点)累计”及“本年度接受国民体质监测人数”指标,删减了“医院”中的“城市、农村”分组;在“其他社会活动”部分中删减了“刑事案件破案”指标。 四、本年鉴中,涉及的部门统计资料均由省级相关部门提供。 五、本年鉴中涉及到的历史数据,均以最新出版的本年鉴数据为准。 六、本年鉴中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 七、本年鉴中部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差,均未做机械调整。 八、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据,“#”表示其中的主要项。 Ⅰ.Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2022 is an annual statistics publication to reflect various aspects of Sichuan's economic and social development,which covers very comprehensive data series in 2021 and some selected data series in historically important years and the most recent years at provincial level,local levels of prefecture and level of county,and main statistics Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Ⅲ.Compared with Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2021,the Yearbook adds data on the aggregate,speed,proportion and composition of the main indicators of national economic and social development since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Chapter 1"General Survey";delete "Price index of agricultural means of production" in Chapter 8 "Local Government Finance and Price";revise "Fertilizer application amount" to "Application amount of agricultural chemical fertilizer" in Chapter 13 "Agriculture";delete "Paid-in capital" in Chapter 17"Domestic Trade";due to the change of departmental statistical caliber,tourism data is temporarily unavailable,revise "Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and Tourism" to "Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation" in Chapter 18;delete "Loan market quotation rate of financial institutions(LPR)" in Chapter 19 "Finance and Insurance";adjust and enrich the indicators of scientific and technological activities in Chapter 20 "Education,Science Technology and Patents";delete" National Physical Fitness Test Station(points) at the end of this year" and "Number of People Receiving National Physical Fitness Monitoring",delete the grouping of urban and rural in hospital in Chapter 21 "Culture,Sports and Public Health";delete "Criminal case solving" in Chapter 22 "Other Social Activities".
