在以习近平总书记为核心的党中央坚强领导下,按照国务院第七次全国人口普查领导小组统一部署,各地区各有关部门精心组织、协同推进,全体普查人员艰苦努力、无私奉献,亿万普查对象共同参与、积极配合,第七次全国人口普查取得了圆满成功,获得了丰富详实的资料。为了满足社会各界的需要,现将汇总的数据资料编辑出版。
为便于读者使用本资料,现将有关情况说明如下:
一、普查对象和标准时点
第七次全国人口普查的普查对象指普查标准时点在中华人民共和国境内的自然人以及在中华人民共和国境外但未定居的中国公民,不包括在中华人民共和国境内短期停留的境外人员。普查标准时点为2020年11月1日零时。
二、普查表式
第七次全国人口普查采用长、短两种普查表。普查短表包括反映人口基本状况的项目,由全部住户(不包括港澳台居民和外籍人员)填报;普查长表包括所有短表项目和人口的经济活动、婚姻生育和住房等情况的项目,在全部住户中抽取10%的户(不包括港澳台居民和外籍人员)填报。
三、资料主要内容
本资料分为三部分。第一部分是全部人口数据,主要反映人口的基本状况,分为八卷,共196张表;第二部分是普查长表数据,主要反映人口的各种结构情况,分为九卷,共218张表;第三部分是附录,主要是普查的有关规定和技术文件等。
四、数据汇总口径及推算说明
本资料是普查实际登记直接汇总的数据,不包括漏登的人口(事后质量抽查表明,人口漏登率为0.05%),不包括200万现役军人。
资料中各项指标的汇总结果未做任何误差校正,读者在使用时应考虑不同指标登记误差因素的影响。
由于普查长表是按户抽样并进行登记,因此人口总数以及各种人口结构数据的抽样比会存在略微差异,请读者使用本资料推算总体时,对采用的方法予以注意。
五、城乡划分规定
本次人口普查关于城乡的划分,按照国家统计局《统计上划分城乡的规定》执行。
六、其他
本资料中部分相对数由于单位取舍问题而产生的计算误差,均未做机械调整。本资料中空项表示无数字或数字很小。
Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,and following the coordinated decisions and arrangements of the Leading Group of the State Council for the 7~(th) National Population Census,all regions and relevant government departments spared no effort to ensure well-organized and coordinated implementation of census tasks.The dedication and hard work of all census workers,supported by the participation and cooperation of hundreds of millions of respondents,made the census a full success,resulting in rich and detailed information on the population.To meet the need of whole society,we compiled and published the tabulated census data.
Following explanations are given to facilitate the use of data in this publication.
1.Census respondents and reference time
The population census covers all natural persons residing in the territory of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese citizens residing outside but not permanently settled down in locations beyond the territory of the People's Republic of China at the census reference time,excluding non-residents temporarily staying in the territory of the People's Republic of China.The reference time of the 7th national population census is zero hour of November 1,2020.
2.Census questionnaire
Long and short forms were used for the 7~(th) population census.The short form contains items that reflect the basic situation of the population,filled in by all households(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan residents and foreigners).The long form contains all short form items,as well as items on the economic activities,marriage and family,fertility and housing conditions of the population,filled in by 10 percent of all households(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan residents and foreigners) selected by a random sampling programme.
3.Main content of the publication
This publication consists of 3 parts.The first part,including 196 tabulations in 8 volumes,contains data from all households that reflects the basic situation of the population.The second part,including 218 tabulations in 9 volumes,contains data from the long forms which present various detailed compositions of the population.The third part is an appendix,containing relevant regulations and technical documents concerning the census.
4.Notes on data tabulation and estimation
Results in this publication are based on the processing of data directly from enumeration,excluding population not enumerated in the census(the post-enumeration survey indicates an undercount of 0.05% in the census enumeration) and the 2 million servicemen.Data are tabulated without any adjustment.Users should take into consideration of non-sampling errors for various items when using the data.
The sampling ratio for the total population and for various compositions of the population may differ slightly,as household is used as the ultimate sampling unit in the enumeration.Users should pay attention to the adopted method when using information in this publication to estimate the total population from the sample results.
5.Regulation in urban/rural classification
Regulation on the Classification of Urban/Rural Residence for Statistical Purpose prepared by the National Bureau of Statistics is used in urban/rural classification of the population in this census.
6.Others
Discrepancies on relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in this publication.Empty cells in tables in this publication indicate that no data are available or the value is negligible.
