一、《西藏统计年鉴》(2021)是一本信息高度密集的资料工具书。本书收录了2020年西藏自治区的经济和社会发展等各方面的统计数据,以及西藏和平解放以来各个时期的主要统计数据,是国内外各界人士了解西藏、认识西藏的重要资料性工具书。 二、全书内容分为18个篇目,即1.行政区划和自然资源;2.综合和国民经济核算;3.人口、就业和工资;4.固定资产投资;5.财政;6.价格;7.人民生活;8.农业;9.工业;10.建筑业;11.运输和邮电业;12.国内贸易;13.对外贸易和旅游;14.金融业;15.教育、科技和文化;16.体育、卫生和其他;17.各县(市、区)主要统计指标;18.全国各省(区、市)统计资料。为便于读者正确使用资料,书末还附有主要统计指标解释。 三、本年鉴中总量指标均按当年现行价格计算。西藏生产总值及各产业增加值、农业总产值、工业总产值指数和增长速度均按可比价格计算。 四、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差未做机械调整。 五、本年鉴中涉及的历史数据,均以最新出版的年鉴数据为准。 六、本年鉴中的符号使用说明:“…”表示数据不足本表最小单位数;“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无数据;“#”表示其中主要项。 七、各篇章前设有《简要说明》,对本篇章的主要内容、资料来源、资料整理人进行了简要概述,以方便读者使用。 八、资料中所使用的度量衡单位采用国际统一标准计量单位。 九、本年鉴为中英文对照,配有电子版光盘。 十、《西藏统计年鉴》出版得到区直有关部门和单位的大力支持,对此我们深表感谢。限于我们的水平,欢迎读者继续对年鉴的不足之处给予批评和指正,以便我们进一步改进年鉴的编辑工作,更好地为广大读者服务。 Ⅰ.Tibet Statistical Yearbook 2021 contains comprehensive statistics on Tibetan economic and social development in 2020 and major statistical data in historically important years after The Peaceful Liberation of Tibet.It is really an important and efficient reference yearbook for people of all circles at home and abroad to know and understand Tibet.
