《中国教育统计年鉴》(2018)是一本反映我国教育事业发展情况的统计资料,是由教育部发展规划司根据全国各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅(教委)上报的学校基层统计调查表数字整理汇编而成。教育部教育管理信息中心承担了数据的计算机处理汇总工作。
本年鉴包括以下部分:综合部分、高等教育、中等教育、初等教育、特殊教育、学前教育、各级各类学校的分布情况、办学条件、科学研究等。
本年鉴是各有关部门研究教育改革和发展的必备资料工具书,是教育界各机关、学校指导部门制定教育计划、指导教育改革必不可少的依据。
本年鉴所涉及的全国性统计数据,均未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾省数据。根据“中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法”和“中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法”的有关原则,香港、澳门与内地是相对独立的统计区域,依据各自不同的统计制度和法律规定,独立进行统计工作;技工学校数据来源人力资源和社会保障部;凡未注明年份的均为2018年数据。

The Educational Statistics Yearbook of China(2018)is an informational yearbook comprehensively reflecting the development of the educational undertaking of the People's Republic of China,It was compiled by the Department of Development and Planning of Chinese Ministry of Education,based on the synthetic statistical returns relating to schools of various types and levels completed by the Provincial Education Department(or the Educational Commissions)of the provincial governments and the governments of various autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the State Council.All data were processed and calculated using Computers by the Educational Management Information Center of Ministry of Education.
This yearbook is composed of following parts:summary tabies,higher education,secondary education,primary education,special education,pre-primary education,geographical distribution of schools by type and level,Physical Facilities,Scientific Research Activities,etc.
The yearbook is a requisite reference for all departments concerned with the study of educational reform and development,and provides indispensable factual information to the educational community(circles),the state organs,and all supervisory bodies of education(schools)engaged in curricular development and the guidance of educational reform.
The national statistics covered in this yearbook do not include data from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region,and Taiwan Province.In accordance with the principles set down in the Basic Law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,and the Basic Law of Macao Special Administrative Region,statistically Hong Kong,Macao and the mainland of China are three mutually independent regions,each following its own and different statistical systems and legal provisions in conducting statistical operations independently.The data of Skilled Workers Schools is provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.All data,without specific notes,were collected in 2018.
