一、《河南统计年鉴—2019》是一部全面反映河南省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省和各市(县)2018年以及重要历史年份的经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据,并收录了全国及各省市区2018年的主要统计数据。因第四次经济普查数据审核尚未完成等原因,部分表格暂缺2018年数据。
二、全书内容分为27个部分,即,1、综合;2、国民经济核算;3、人口;4、就业人员和职工工资;5、固定资产投资;6、对外贸易和旅游;7、能源;8、财政;9、物价;10、人民生活;11、城市概况;12、农业;13、工业;14、建筑业;5、房地产业;16、批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业;17、金融业;18、其他服务业;19、运输和邮电;20、资源和环境;21、科技;22、教育;23、卫生和社会工作;24、文化和体育;25、公共管理、社会保障和社会组织;26、各县(市、区)主要统计指标;27、全国及各省市区主要统计指标。
三、为方便读者使用,各篇章前设有《简要说明》,对本篇章的主要内容、资料来源、统计范围、统计方法以及历史变动情况予以简要概述。篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。
四、资料中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。
五、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。
六、本年鉴各表中,有关对全表的注解均在该表上方,对表中部分指标的注解则在该表下方。凡带续表的资料,对部分指标的注解一律在最后一张续表的下方。
七、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项。
Ⅰ.Henan Statistical Yearbook 2019,is an annual statistical publication,which reflects comprehensively the economy and society development of Henan.It covers data for 2018 and key statistical data in some historically important years at the provincial level and city(couty) level of Henan.It also covers data for 2018 and key statistical data at the national level and the local level of other provinces.Data of 2018 in some tables are absent,because the data verification of the Fourth Economic Census is in progress.

Ⅲ.To facilitate readers,the Brief Introduction at the beginning of each chapter provides a summary of the main contents of the chapter,data sources,statistical scope,statistical methods and historical changes.At the end of each chapter,Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are included.
Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in this Yearbook are internationally standard measurement units.
Ⅴ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in this Yearbook.
Ⅵ.The notes concerning the whole table are placed at the upper part of the table,while the notes concerning individual indicators are placed at the lower part of the table.If the table occupied more than one page,the notes of the individual indicators are placed at the end of the last page.
