一、《山东商务年鉴》由山东省商务厅主持编辑,编委会主任、副主任由山东省商务厅领导担任,编委会成员由各市商务主管部门负责人和山东省商务厅处室负责人担任。
二、本年鉴以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的立场、观点和方法。
三、本年鉴创刊于2010年,每年出版一期,是全面系统地记述山东商务经济年度运行情况的权威工具书。本期设置特稿、大事记、业务统计、业务记述、市级商务、规范性文件6个栏目,以文字、图表形式呈现。
四、本年鉴所提及的对外贸易、进出口、进口、出口等贸易术语,如无特殊说明,均指货物贸易。限额以上批发贸易、零售贸易、餐饮、住宿企业的划分标准为:批发贸易企业,年主营业务收入2000万元及以上;零售贸易企业,年主营业务收入500万元及以上;住宿企业,年主营业务收入200万元及以上;餐饮企业,年主营业务收入200万元及以上。“四上企业”指规模以上工业企业、资质等级建筑业企业、限额以上批零住餐企业、规模以上服务业企业。商品零售价格指数不包括农业生产资料价格变化。
五、各栏目中的有关数字,由于统计口径、数据来源、数据发布时间不尽相同,可能不完全一致,使用时请以业务统计栏目中的数字为准。各市排列顺序一般按照山东省行政区划统一规定排列,一些情况下按照业务开展情况排列。
六、本年鉴中的国家、国际组织名称使用规范化简称,机构、企业名称一般使用全称。
七、本年鉴中的增长数据,如无特别说明,均为同比增长数据。
八、本年鉴中的计量单位一般采用国际通行的法定计量单位。鉴于少量引用素材中仍使用“亩”等市制单位,且按法定单位换算后其记述效果会发生改变,故而这些市制单位仍予采用。
Ⅰ.Shandong Business Yearbook is edited by Department of Commerce of Shandong Province,with leaders in Department of Commerce of Shandong Province acting as director and deputy directors of editorial board,and responsible persons in competent departments and offices of Department of Commerce of Shandong Province acting as members of editorial board.
Ⅱ.Shandong Business Yearbook is guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of three represents,scientific outlook on development and the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping, adhere to the stand, viewpoint and method of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
Ⅲ.The Yearbook was established in 2010,with one issue published each year.It is an authoritative reference book comprehensively and systematically recording annual operation conditions of Shandong business operation. Six columns,which were presented in word and diagram including special manuscript,chronicle of events,business statistics,business description,municipal business and regulatory documents were set up in this issue.
Ⅳ.Standard trade terms mentioned in the Yearbook,such as foreign trade,import and export,all refer to trade in goods,unless there is special instruction.Classification standard of wholesale trade above designated size,retail trade,catering and lodging enterprise is:wholesale trade enterprises are qualified with annual main business revenue of 20 million Yuan and above;retail trade enterprises are qualified with annual main business revenue of 5 million Yuan and above;lodging enterprises are qualified with annual main business revenue of 2 million Yuan and above;catering enterprises are qualified with annual main business revenue of 2 million Yuan and above."Four-above Enterprises"refers to industrial enterprises above designated size,qualification degree construction enterprises,wholesale,retail,lodging and catering enterprises above designated size,and service enterprises above designated size.Retail price index excludes change of agricultural production material price.
Ⅴ.Relevant numbers in all columns may not be completely the same as statistical caliber, due to different data sources and delivering times.Please subject to numbers in the column of business statistics in practical use.Sort orders of the city are generally ordered by unified regulation of administrative division in Shandong Province,and ordered by business developing conditions under some circumstances.
Ⅵ.In the Yearbook,normalized shortened form is used for countries and international organizations,while full name is generally used for names of institutions and enterprises.
Ⅶ.Growth data in the Ycarbook are all year-on-year growth data unless there is special instruction.
Ⅷ.Internationally recognised units of measurement are generally adopted for unit of measurement inthe yearbook.Considering that "mu"and other Chinese units of measurement are still used in few quoted materials,some Chinese units of measurement remain in literature to avoid effection changes during conversion between Chinese and legal units.
