一、《宁波统计年鉴—2018》以大量统计数据,全面、系统地反映了2017年宁波经济、科技、社会各方面的发展情况,是一本信息密集的资料性年刊和工具书。本年鉴采用中英文排版方式。
二、《宁波统计年鉴—2018》在内容编排顺序上做了调整,本年鉴内容包括:
1.2017年宁波市国民经济和社会发展概况;2.综合;3.人口与劳动力;4.国民经济核算;5.财政、金融、保险、证券;6.物价指数和人民生活;7.农业;8.工业、能源消费和电力;9.固定资产投资和建筑业;10.港口、交通、运输、邮电;11.国内贸易、餐饮业;12.对外经济、旅游;13.文化、教育、卫生、体育、科学技术;14.市政、环保、民政、政法及其他等十四个部分。为方便读者使用,各篇章前设有《主要统计指标》,篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。
三、《宁波统计年鉴—2018》辑入的统计数据,以2017年年报为主,考虑到读者使用,年鉴中还列示了1978年改革开放以来历年的主要统计数据,这些统计数据已重新予以核实,凡以往发表过的统计数据与本年鉴有出入的,均以本年鉴为准。
四、《宁波统计年鉴—2018》在编辑中作如下规定,以使读者在使用时明了:
1、凡有注解均注在第一张表的下方。
2、凡在表内显示“空格”的,表示有数据但不足计量单位中的最小数,或表示该项统计数据不详或无该项统计数据;显示“#”表示其中的主要项。
五、《宁波统计年鉴—2018》辑入的统计数据,对来自非政府统计部门的,注明数据来源。
六、《宁波统计年鉴》出版以来,受到社会各界的关心、支持,不少读者对于年鉴的内容和编辑工作提出了许多宝贵的意见,对此,我们深表感谢。并欢迎读者一如既往地对年鉴的不足之处给予批评指正,以进一步提高编辑水平。
Ⅰ.Ningbo Statistical Yearbook 2018 is an annual publication which provides compre-hensive and systematic data covering the economic,technological and social develop-ment in Ningbo Municipality in 2017.This yearbook uses the Chinese and English mixtypesetting the way.
Ⅱ.This yearbook has made the adjustment in the content arrangement order.Thisyearbook is comprised of 14 parts including:1.Brief Introduction of 2017 Ningbo NationalEconomy and Social Development;2.General Survey;3.Population and labor force;4.National Economic Accounting;5.Finance,Banking,Insurance and Securities;6.Price In-dex and People's Livelihood;7.Agriculture;8.Industry,Energy Consumption and Elec-tricity;9.Investment in Fixed Assets and Construction;10.Port,Transportation,Post andTelecommunication;11.Domestic Trade and Catering Trade;12.Foreign Trade andTourism;13.Education,Culture,Public Health and Sports,Science and Technology;14.Civil Facilities,Environmental Protection,Civil Affairs,Judicature and Others.Major statis-tical indicators at the beginning of each chapter,Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical In-dicators are provided at the end of each chapter.
Ⅲ.The content of this yearbook are mainly comprised of the statistic of 2017 andstatistical data of those key years after reform and opening to the outside world.The datain this yearbook have been already checked.If ever the readers find inconsistency of datahere as compared with those in previous year books,please refer to this yearbook as ac-curate and final.
Ⅳ.This yearbook makes following stipulation in the edition,in order to make it clearfor readers to use this book:
1.The footnotes are placed at the first page.
2.Explanations on symbols used in this yearbook:"space" indicates that the data arenot large enough to be rounded into the minimal unit,or unknown or indicates the data notavailable;"#" indicates major item in a category.
Ⅴ.In this yearbook,data from non- statistical departments',we dedicate the data o-rigin.
