一、《湖北调查年鉴—2018》是国家统计局湖北调查总队独立编辑出版的资料性年刊。本年鉴主要收录了2007-2017年全省农村、城市和企业等方面的各项统计调查数据,以及全国和各省(市、区)重要历史年份主要统计调查数据。
二、本年鉴统计调查数据分为6个篇章,即:1.综合;2.农业调查;3.企业调查;4.人民生活;5.价格调查;6.全国及各省、市、区主要指标。为方便读者使用,各篇章末附有主要统计指标解释。
三、国家统计局从2012年起,进行城乡住户一体化改革,城镇居民人均可支配收入和农村居民人均可支配收入指标的计算口径和范围均发生了变化。本年鉴涉及的范围为城镇常住居民人均可支配收入和农村常住居民人均可支配收入,与改革前的年份的指标数据存在一定程度不可比的情况,使用时务请斟酌。
四、第三次经济普查后,国家统计局于2015年对规下工业抽样框和样本进行了全部更换。本年鉴涉及规下工业企业指标的,与更换样本前年份指标数据存在一定程度不可比性,请酌情使用。
五、本年鉴农业调查数据中,部分年份数据为根据第三次全国农业普查资料修订数据。
六、本年鉴所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位,并统一使用最新颁布实施的产品目录。
七、本年鉴中部分统计调查数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差,均未做机械调整。
八、符号使用说明:年鉴各表中的“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项;“”或“①”表示本表下有注解。
Ⅰ.Hubei Survey Yearbook 2018 is an annual statistical publication compiled by SurveyOffice of National Bureau of Statistics in Hubei,which reflects comprehensively the rural,urbanand enterprise of Hubei province.It covers data from 2007 to 2017 and key statistical data inrecent years and some historically important years at the national level and the local levels ofprovince,autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.
Ⅱ.The Yearbook contains 6 chapters:1.General Survey;2.Rural Survey;3.EnterpriseSurvey;4.People's Living Conditions;5.Price Survey;6.Main Statistics of Provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities) in the Whole Country.Explanatory Notes on MainStatistical Indicators is attached to the end of each chapter to help the readers to use thestatistical data in this book.
Ⅲ.Since 2012,the calculation of the size and scope of the urban residents per capitadisposable income and rural residents per capita disposable income have changed because of thereform of urban and rural residents integration by the National Bureau of Statistics.Indexes anddata of the urban residents per capita disposable income and rural residents per capita disposableincome are incomparable with the data before the reform.Please consider about it before use.
Ⅳ.After the Third Economic Census,sampling frame and samples of industrial enterprisesbelow designated size were all changed by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2015.Indicatorsof industrial enterprises below designated size in this yearbook are incomparable with the databefore.Please use the data in accordance with the actual situation.
Ⅴ.In the agricultural survey data of this yearbook,part of the year data are revisedaccording to the third national agricultural census data.
Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standardmeasurement units,and newly published and implemented Product Categories are uniformlyused.
Ⅶ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjustedin the Yearbook.
Ⅷ.Notations used in the yearbook:“blank space” indicates that the figure is not largeenough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data are unknown,or are notavailable;“#” indicates a major breakdown of the total;and “*” or “①” indicates footnotesat the end of the table.
