一、《长春统计年鉴——2018》是一部全面反映长春市2017年经济和社会发展情况的资料性刊物。本书收录了2017年长春市经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据,以及重要年份的主要统计数据,是认识和研究长春市经济社会发展,指导经济工作和进行决策的经济类工具书。
二、全书共包括四部分。(一)特载,(二)县(市)区开发区经济,(三)统计资料,(四)主要统计指标解释。统计资料按其内容分为18个篇目,即(1)综合;(2)人口;(3)单位从业人员与劳动报酬;(4)固定资产投资;(5)能源消费与库存;(6)财政;(7)物价;(8)人民生活;(9)城市建设;(10)农业;(11)工业;(12)交通运输邮电通信业;(13)建筑业;(14)批发零售贸易和住宿餐饮业;(15)对外经济贸易和旅游业;(16)金融保险业;(17)教育、科技及文化事业;(18)体育、卫生及其他事业。
三、本书资料大部分来自于各专业年报资料,部分资料取自抽样调查。
四、本书中文字资料主要是统计部门人员撰写。
五、本书中所使用的价值量指标及构成,除已注明外,均按当年价计算,发展速度按可比价格计算。
六、本书采用国际统一标准计量单位。
