《2015中国火炬统计年鉴》是由科技部火炬高技术产业开发中心编撰的反映中国火炬计划、技术市场、全国生产力促进中心等相关内容的统计资料书。全书收录了全国45个省、市级科技部门和各国家高新区以及苏州工业园区2014年度的相关统计数据。全书内容分十个部分。第一部分为国家高新技术产业开发区内企业的情况;第二部分为全国高新技术企业的情况;第三部分为科技企业孵化器的情况;第四部分为国家大学科技园的发展情况;第五部分为火炬计划软件产业基地的发展情况;第六部分为火炬特色产业基地的发展情况;第七部分为创新型产业集群的发展情况;第八部分为全国技术市场发展情况;第九部分为全国生产力促进中心的发展情况;第十部分为主要指标解释。需要说明的是,2014年根据科技部统一要求,取消了对火炬计划项目执行情况的调查统计;为了及时反映火炬工作的发展变化情况,增加了创新型产业集群的调查统计,本书在相关部分做了相应增减。本书所涉及东部、中部、西部和东北地区的具体划分为:东部地区:包括北京、天津、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东和海南等10个省市;中部地区:包括山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北和湖南等6个省市;西部地区:包括内蒙古、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏和新疆等12个省市;东北地区:包括辽宁、吉林和黑龙江等3个省。本书中使用的符号:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该数据;“#”表示其中的主要项;“/”表示数据未提供,“”或“①”表示本表下有注解。本书中因小数取舍而产生的误差均未做配平处理。China Torch Statistical Yearbook-2015 is prepared by Torch High Technology IndustryDevelopment Center.The yearbook,which covers the series data of 45 Provincial Level Scienceand Technology Departments,National High Technology Industrial Development Zones,andSuzhou Industrial Park of the year 2014,reports on the development status of China TorchProgram,China＇s Technology Market and Productivity Promotion Centers.The Yearbook contains the following ten parts:1.Development of National HighTechnology Industrial Development Zones(Hi-tech Zones)and its tenants;2.Development ofHigh Technology Enterprises in China;3.Development of Technology Business Incubators;4.Development of National University Science Parks;5.Development of Torch Program SoftwareIndustrial Bases;6.Development of Torch Specialized Industrial Bases;7.Development ofInnovative Industrial Clusters;8.Development of Technology Market in China;9.Developmentof Productivity Promotion Centers in China;10.Explanatory Notes of Indicators.It should be pointed out here that we have removed the part concerning Torch Programprojects due to the termination of data collection concerning the execution status of all scienceand technology program projects by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2014.We haveadded a part concerning Innovation Industrial Clusters herein to timely reflect the change ofTorch Work.Eastern region,central region,western region and northeastern region in the Yearbook aredivided as following:Eastern region include 10 provinces(municipalities):Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,Guangdong and Hainan;Central region includes 6provinces:Shanxi,Anhui,Jiangxi,Henan,Hubei and Hunan;Western region includes 12provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities):Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Tibet,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang;Northeasternregion includes 3 provinces:Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang.Symbols used in this Yearbook:“blank space”indicates that the figure is not large enoughto be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data unknown,or not available;indicates the major items of the total;indicates that data are not available;and or“①”indicates footnotes at the end of the table.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in the Yearbook.
